“LATVIAN STATE FOREST Recreation and Hunting” offers local residents and foreign guests the chance to go hunting.
All formalities are handled, and guides, transport and accommodations are offered for a fee.
In 2004, “LATVIAN STATE FOREST Recreation and Hunting” managed 100,000 ha of forest in which hunting is organised.
The number of hunters who make use of LATVIAN STATE FOREST services is on the rise. Interestingly enough, among those who hunted in LATVIAN STATE FOREST-managed forests, some 90% came from other countries – Austria, Denmark, France, Italy, Norway, Poland, Finland, Germany, Sweden and other countries.
